We're beginning packing and shipping with North America, as we've experienced a delay with the UK import and must now seek UK film certification in order to get our DVDs and Blu-rays into the EU. (We've never had to certify before.) They say that the certification should take about a week, once they let us into the system for submission.

Hey, everyone, quick update from Mongolia. We've been back and forth with the disc manufacturer daily. They still are not done with the DVDs and Blu-rays. The latest is them claiming that they don't have the 5000 covers that our cast and crew signed. We provided a tracking number and proof of delivery and they're looking again. In short, we can guarantee that we'll never use this company again, but for now we continue to stay on their case to deliver everything ASAP.
The moment we have the discs in hand (which we paid over $11,000 for) we'll begin shipping rewards. This is frustrating and embarrassing and we apologize for the unreasonable delay.

We're getting very close to beginning shipping. Our fulfillment center is set up and big boxes full of rewards have been arriving almost daily.
As expected, our biggest hold up is Blu-ray authoring and manufacturing. While we can't rush that process, we can get everything else ready to go.
