We have loads of updates for you today. Thanks for your patience while we sorted out the latest excitement!
Hopefully every $10 and up backer has had a chance to view the feature-version of Season 3. (If not, please PLEASE let us know so we can hook you up!)
As the next phase of our release cycle, all three seasons of JourneyQuest are now streaming on Amazon Prime in the U.S., U.K., Germany, and Japan. If you know people in those countries, this is a fast and easy way to introduce them to the entire series. We wish we could make it available everywhere that Prime is offered, but that decision is unfortunately out of our control.

The international rewards are now in transit! Everything has been labeled properly, we've accounted for import fees and taxes, and pallets are on the way to Germany and Australia. From there packages will ship to via domestic mail within the EU and Australia. Our shipping partner will take care of VAT upon import. So once the pallets arrive at the shipping depots, things should move very quickly and packages should arrive directly at your door!
At this point, shipping is more out of our hands than it's ever been before, but our shipping partner is respected, has a great reputation, and they're even fans of our work! So we trust that if additional snags develop they'll be willing to do whatever it takes to resolve them.
SNAG #1: We couldn't easily handle the orcish cards and red cards with our shipping partner. As those are lightweight and small, we will ship metal cards to you separately from the U.S. It's the only way to be 100% sure that the cards with the correct names go to the correct people. Due to transit time for shipping containers across the ocean, the irony is that you'll probably receive these cards before your larger packages. They should be small enough to avoid issues with customs.
SNAG #2: Ocean freight takes time. If we're lucky our shipping partner will be able to include our German pallet with their upcoming shipment to Essen, but it's safe to assume that this will take up to eight weeks to get to you, depending on how quickly the product gets through customs.
LESSONS: Now that we've completed this process, it will be 100% easier next time. We now know how to handle film ratings requirements, SKU naming systems, shipping directly from the manufacturer to the partner's warehouse, and all of the other bits and pieces that we had to learn and invent this time around in order to fulfill our EU-friendly promise.

Although we released digital downloads to backers last year, it's come to our attention that some of you have not yet redeemed your JQ3 download.
1) Check your email for a digital download redemption link from BackerKit.
2) If you can't find the email, retrieve your survey at https://journeyquest-season-3.backerkit.com
3) Inside your survey, find your "Digital Downloads" area. You'll see a unique Vimeo link.
4) Log into or join Vimeo. (This step is important and redemption doesn't work if you don't do it.)
5) Load the unique Vimeo link from your Digital Downloads into your browser.
6) Enjoy your download of JourneyQuest Season 3!
